On : 8.57 version, Install and Packaging
When running DPK setup on Linux in non-root mode after puppet has been installed by the root user, the DPK installer fails with following error

Verifying if Puppet Software is Installed:
name 'CalledProcessError' is not defined
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the pre-req steps for DPK non-root install as the root user
./psft-dpk-setup.sh --prereq --syscfg
2. Install the mid-tier using the non-root user
./psft-dpk-setup.sh --env_type midtier
3. Observe the error as reported
