EEBP 9.2: Payment Related Information Is Missing Or Blank When Customer’s Set ID Value Differs Than That Of The Contact In eBill Payment Pagelets (Doc ID 2518726.1)

Symptoms

ISSUE:

Several issues have been identified when users log into the Customer Portal within eBill Payment module, in reference to Payments performed by Customers that have been defined under a Set ID value that differs that of the Contact User logged in the system:

    - Issue #1: The Recent Payment pagelet has no information being displayed, while a Payment of 1000 USD was done.
    - Issue #2: In the Account Summary pagelet, the button is displayed with incorrect description. Users do not know what this button is for.
    - Issue #3: At the Account Balance Payment Detail page (AR_EBP_PAY_SEC), all fields related to a Payment are displayed blank.

REPLICATION STEPS:

    1.- Define a new Customer under Set ID SHARE with Payment Method of Direct Debit
    2.- Associate this Customer to a new Contact ID under a different Set ID, such as US001
    3.- Create an Invoice in the Billing module, using this Customer ID, and ensuring the Payment Method is Direct Debit
    4.- Set the Invoice into Ready status
    5.- Launch the Single Action Invoice process (PS Job BIJOB03) for this transaction
    6.- Confirm that the External Pending Item Group is created, and placed to a Post Action of Batch Standard
    7.- Launch AR Update for Pending Items
    8.- Check the Customer's Account, and confirm the Item is posted with a Payment Method of Direct Debit
    9.- Launch the Create Direct Debits AE Program (AR_DIRDEBIT), and ensure a Direct Debit Worksheet is successfully created with the Invoice information, and Remitted Status
    10.- Launch AR Update with the Direct debits option selected
    11.- Confirm that the Invoice has been properly closed, and the Payment is complete
    12.- Log into the FSCM CUSTOMER Portal as the User linked to the Customer Contact
    13.- Enable the Recent Payment, and Account Summary pagelets under eBill Payment module
    14.- Go to the Classic Online Homepage from the Customer Portal
    15.- Issue #1: The Recent Payment pagelet shows no transactions
    16.- Issue #2: button is Account Summary pagelet shows wrong description wording
    17.- Issue #3: At the Payment Detail page, all payment related fields show blank values

ACTUAL RESULT:

The Users know that payments have been performed by that Customer, and all initial information seems to indicate that this is correct, but when reviewing the information more into detail, no more data is being found.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

The Recent Payment pagelet should display correct transactions, the Button on the Account Summary pagelet should be having a proper description, and the Payment Detail page should show the correct information from the Payment transaction at hand.
