Symptoms

On : 8.56.09 version, PeopleSoft Update Manager
HCM 9.2 image 27 and FSCM image 29

When attempting to sigon to PUM PIA page,
the following error occurs.

Blank page appear


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Deploy PUM image 27 for HCM
2. Signon to PUM Image PIA page

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with creating change package for Tax updates
