Symptoms

 After implementing the "Forgot my Password" functionality, as outlined in the following document:
E-SEC: How to Configure the Forgotten Password Site for PeopleTools 8.x (Doc ID 610538.1)
When the user clicks on the "Forgot Password" link on the signon page, nothing happens. The user is not redirected to answer the security question
