Incorrect Sort Order For Interest Indicator Sort On Job Opening Page

Goal
When sorting (ascending or descending) by Interest on the Manage Job Opening and Search Applications pages the sort order is 2,1,3 instead of 3,2,1 (for descending).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu >> Recruiting >> Search Job Opening. Open a job opening with multiple Applicants applied.
2. Apply Sorting by Interest on the applicant grid.
3. Applicants are not sorted in the order of 3,2,1 (for descending) instead of it is showing 2,1,3.
