Symptoms

On : 8.57 version, Change Assistant

When attempting to connect to a DB2 database in Change Assistant, the following error occurs.

ERROR

Change Assistant:
User ID/Password test failed!

Trace:
[IBM][CLI Driver] SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "15" ("PROCESSING FAILURE"). SQLSTATE=08001


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure the new database in Change Assistant.
2. Attempt to save the new database.
3. Error occurs with testing the Access ID username & password.
