On : 9.2 PUM 30 version, E- Invoice for Italy
When attempting to validate the BI_ITA_RPT document builder gives the following error occurs.
ERROR

Duplicate tag names exist in the document.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto peopletools - Documents - Document Bilder search for BI_ITA_RPT - BI_E_INVOICE Click on validate the error pops up.

Due to this issue, users cannot Validate document.
