getting peoplecode error on Approval path for self approved journals.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Navigate to Journal Entries page and submit 2 journals for approval
2. Login as an approver and approve one of the journal.
3. Login as a requestor and self approve the journal
4. Post the 2 journals
5. Now, inactivate the approval process in the approval process setup.
6. Now, navigate to the journal entries page to see the self approved journal.
