Symptoms
MSC Benefits Administration Events were created as a result of pay changes for employees. These Events processed to Prepared Status but were expected to process to a Finalized Status.
STEPS

1. Run Automated Event Processing (Navigation: Benefits > Automated Enrollment > Events > Automated Event Processing).
