ETL9.2: TRC Description is Changed to Match Description of Earning Code

Symptoms
TRC Descriptions are being changed to match description of the Earning Code those are mapped. Several different TRC codes mapped to one Earning code and they should not have same description.
2) These changes are not consistent either.
This issue can be reproduced with following steps:
--------------------------------------------------------
1. Create New TRC
2. Map TRC to an Earning code
3. Review that description TRC is changed to map Earning code
