ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Payment Schedule for Operating Expense on Receivables lease disappears after activation of amendment. This is occurring on IFRS16 for Lease Administration. An issue has arisen whereby adding a new Opex term on a Receivables lease via an amendment is not generating a payment schedule and no billing can occur.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expectation is that the payment schedule for the operating expense added during the amendment will be retained after activation and that payment schedules will be available for invoicing through Billing.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add a Receivables Lease.
2. Add an operating expense to the lease.
3. Activate the lease.
4. Create an amendment to add a new operating expense.
5. Activate the amendment.
6. Payment schedule for second operating expense disappears.
7. No payments have been created for invoicing through Billing.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot invoice through Billing – nothing shows up in the Processing Invoices page
