ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Retiring an Asset using the Search for an Asset menu option only works for financial assets.

When an asset is not a financial asset (financial_asset_sw = 'N') the choice to retire the asset takes users to the Asset Retirements page for financial assets.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Non financial asset search needs to link to non-financial retirement page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add Non-Financial Asset
2. Search for the non-financial asset to recall in Asset ID
3. Select Component, Asset Retirement and Go
4. Link to Retire/Reinstate Asset does not show the Non-Financial Asset

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business creates inefficiency. Have to navigate through menu:  Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > Retire/Reinstatne Non-Fin Asset
