Direct Deposit is in classic format but it's supposed to be fluid

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Navigate to Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage>Personal Details tile>
Select Related Actions drop down>
Select Payroll>Select Maintain Direct Deposit
