Print Letter Option of Never for Use with Financial Aid (FA) Self Service FLUID

Campus Solutions 9.2 On-line help states the following: "If you set the Print Letter Option field to Never or blank, the system displays the award on the Financial Aid - Award Summary page (View My Financial Aid), but not on the Award Package page (Accept/Decline Financial Aid)."
However, testing of the functionality in FLUID self service shows that if the option is set to 'Never', the item type doesn't display on either the the 'Summary' or 'Accept/Decline' views. Is the referenced documentation supposed to pertain to FLUID self service in addition to Classic self service?
