ELA9.2: RE_FASB_GEN Process Fails With ORA-01438 Error When Run For The Same Lease Twice (Doc ID 2522522.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run Straightline Schedule for a lease twice,
the following error occurs.

Steps
1. Created lease with Prepaid rent and Base rent rows.
2. Save and activate.
3. Run straightline twice, for the 1st time it runs fine. Fails on the second run with error.
