ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Resizing employees is not working with chunking

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Photos resize.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set Up HCM > System Administration > Database Processes > Resize Employee Photos > Resize Employee Photo (EMPL_PHOTO_RESIZE)
