Symptoms
On : 8.57 version, Change Assistant
When defining the PUM database in Change Assistant, the following error occurs.

Failed to test User ID/Password: JNI error: java.lang.Exception: Error executing JNI call
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Change Assistant.
2. Select File > Define Database.
3. Enter information for database and click next.
