Symptoms

On : 9.2 version, Prospects and Applicants

When attempting to save a new application, the following error occurs.

ERROR
Can not save


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure there is an Active 3C Engine Trigger Definition for the Institution and Academic Career where the Application will be created for.
2. Create a new application
3. Save -- error is shown.
