Error (18081,1046) When Administrators Attempt to Approve Extended Absence Requests (Doc ID 2523370.1)

Symptoms

The following error is returned Administrator attempts to Approve an Extended Absence Request:

No approval process of id is registered with the system. (18081,1046) EOAW_CORE.DEFN.AWTxn.OnExecute Name:InitById PCPC:8724 Statement:100
Called from:EOAW_CORE.ApprovalManager.OnExecute Name:ApprovalManager Statement:7
Called from:HMAF_AWE.WRAPPERS.ApprovalManager.OnExecute Name:ApprovalManager Statement:3

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Global Payroll & Absence Management > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Administer Extended Absence
2. Approve Extended Absence Request in 'Submitted' status
3. Note that after clicking 'Yes' on Approval Confirmation the above error is returned
