English Error Message When Using Peoplesoft FSCM 9.2 Epro / Connect French

Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a requisition
2.Splitted one item in two distributions lines, and each distribution line has a different shipto_ID
3.Returned to the page (PV_ALL_RQST_OPTION) and I searched the same item (already present in req_line)
when added this item to the shopping cart, an English standard message was generated -
"Your requisition line amount has been increased, but you have multiple shipping and/or distribution lines. Please returne to the requisiiton main page and redistribute your shipping and/or distribution quantities. (0,0)"
