Symptoms
Requisition total merchandise amount is not equal to the sum of individual requisition line amounts.
It looks like the header merchandise amount is derived from the merchandise_amt field of the PS_REQ_LINE table whereas, the individual requisition line amount is derived from MERCH_AMT_BSE.
Steps

1.) Create requisition via eProcurement
2.) Search the items
3.) Checkout the items
4.) Save
