Goal

There are unwanted run control parameters getting inserted into Run control of Commitment Control.

On further analysis, it was found that App Engine: AP_PSTVCHR is inserting data into below records which causes run control rows to grow in numbers.

PS_KK_CHECK_REQ
PS_KK_CHECK_REQ2
PS_AP_KK_CHK_REQ2
PS_AP_KK_CHK_REQ

How it is inserting the data into these records and making Commitment control run control to grow in number of rows?
