ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Load hitting the system due to the WM_PM App Engine SQL
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting normal/no bottlenecks while running the WM_PM AE.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the WM_PM AE.
