Reason Code Not Appearing While Adding a New Line to the PO Dispatched Requisition (Doc ID 2525220.1)

 Why is there no Change Reason Code requested, when we use the following steps on the eProcurement Requisition.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Open a PO Dispatched Requisition
2. Click on Edit
3. Add a new line to the requisition
4. Click on Save and Submit

While clicking on Save and Submit, it should ask for the reason Code. However, it directly submits the requisition without asking for the reason code.
