Symptoms
The second line of the ACA Request files was blank. Transmittal of these ACA XML Files to the IRS fails with the following error:

[TPE1132] Our system has detected an error while validating the 'ChecksumAugmentationNum' value in your manifest file
against the calculated value of the form data file. Please review Publication 5258, Section 3.4.3, Computing Checksum,
located here. Correct the checksum value and retransmit.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Run the Created ACA XML Files process (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
2. Transmit the files to the IRS.
