Symptoms
When the Affordable Care Act (ACA) XML Files are submitted to the IRS, the IRS responds with the following error:
ERROR

[TPE1106] The manifest file does not match our current schema. In particular, our system has detected a potential issue
with the following element(s):] and BusinessNameLine1Txt. Please review the published schemas located here, correct any
issues and try again.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create ACA XML Files (Navigation: Benefits > ACA Annual Processing > Transmittal and Forms > Create ACA XML Files).
2. Submit the files to the IRS.
