Container ID does not Carry Over from RMA Receiving Page (Doc ID 2525398.1)

Symptoms

Container id does not carry over from RMA receiving page.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:
1. Create express issue with a container ID
2. Enter RMA
3. Receive the RMA, and enter original container ID
4. Set Put away action: Stage for Put away at save Time
5. Save receipt
6. Run load staged items with unchecked Flag item for Auto-Putaway setting
7. Open staged id in the Stockroom feedback page and  container id is not filled in.
