PeopleCode Error when Cancelling the Requisition Line First and then Cancel the Requisition at the Header Level (Doc ID 2525437.1)

Symptoms

Getting a SQL error and PeopleCode error when cancelling the requisition line first and then cancel the requisition at the header level.

 

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Create a requisition with 2 lines and save
2. Make a quantity change on Requisition line number 2 and save
3. Cancel Requisition line 1
4. Now try to cancel Requisition on header level
5. Getting The  below error:

Process ABENDED at Step PO_REQCANCEL.CO_SCHED.Step03(SQL)--RC= 1407(108,524)

Followed by below error:
CallAppEngine: Application PO_REQCANCEL AppEngine error. (2,653) REQ_PNLS_WRK.CANCEL_PB.SavePostChange Name:do_cancel PCPC:1559 Statement:18
Called from:REQ_PNLS_WRK.CANCEL_PB.SavePostChange Name:do_edits_cancel Statement:30
Called from:REQ_PNLS_WRK.CANCEL_PB.SavePostChange Statement:80
