Fatal PeopleCode Sql Error when access Events Page

Receiving Fatal PeopleCode Sql Error when access Events Page.


ERROR
-----------------------

SQL error in DescribeCol.
SCP_PUB_ECLA_FL.Activate PCPC:1831 Statement:16

During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the DescribeCol subroutine. The preceding message should have described the details of the SQL being executed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Navigation: MM->Enterprise Components->Find Object Navigation
1. Select Page Name Radio Button
2. Enter page Name SCP_PUB_ECLA_FL and Hit the Search Button
3. Click on the URL Line provided in the results grid.
4. Fatal PeopleCode Sql Error appears.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot open Events Calender page
