Symptoms
Customer states that they are unable to view Job Data for employees while SJT_CLASS_ALL is being run
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run SJT_CLASS_ALL from Set Up HCM > Security > Core Row Level Security > Refresh SJT_CLASS_ALL > Refresh SJT_CLASS_ALL.
2. Look for employee in Job Data
3. Employee won't show up while SJT_CLASS_ALL is running
