Symptoms

When running the Load Retro Deductions to Paysheet process, the system is failing with:
 

ERROR

Application Program Failed
Action Type     : SQL SELECT                    
In Pgm Section  : SQLRT: EXECUTE-STMT                                                                                                                                        
With Return Code: 08006
Error Message   : Invalid datatype specified
Stored Stmt     : PSPRDPS1_S_EEDATA  


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Load Retro Deds to Paysheets process.  Navigation: Payroll for North America -> Retroactive Payroll -> Retro Benefits Deductions -> Process and Review Requests -> Load Retro Deds to Paysheets
2. Note that the process ends in error.
