Classes Missing from Fluid Class Search Results if Class Status Changes from Tenative or Stop Enrollment to Active (Doc ID 2526513.1)

Symptoms

When a class that was not indexed before has the status changed from Tentative or Stop Further Enrollment to Active, it is not added to PS_SSR_CLS_TBL_ES.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure Track Admin Changes is turned on for the Fluid Class Search Set up (Set up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Fluid Self Service Set up > Class Search Setup > Class Search Setup).
2. On Maintain Schedule of Classes, add a new section of a class and set the Status to Tentative and save.
3. Change the class status to Active and save.
4. Check the Class Search Index Manager and the class was not added and it also not displayed in the class search results.
