Getting compile Error - Field PV_MOB_WRK.USER_HDR_CHAR1 not defined.(2,17)^DPV when creating Requisition using catalog (Doc ID 2527274.1)

Issue: Getting errors message when creating requisition under catalog

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1.Navigate to Requisitions (NavBar > Navigator > eProcurement > Requisition) page.
2.Select a Catalog.
3.Error is encountered.
PeopleCode Compile error(Field PV_MOB_WRK.USER_HDR_CHAR1 not defined.(2,17)^DPV) for program WEBLIB_PVMOBILE.FUNCLIB.FieldFormula. (2,405)
A PeopleCode porgram for the specified reference failed to compile correctly for the indicated reason.
In Application Designer, Open the referenced program and examine the PeopleCode to locate the cause of the error. [OK]

Error#2 - after applying <Bug 28248630> error#2 was observed

Unable to load the specified PeopleCode Program for the record or field.
review the program for errors. Verify that the record, field, and program type exist. If necessary, run a PeopleCode trace to determine the program that failed.
