On the Fluid Academic Progress Tile an Error: "Decimal division by zero" Occurs if the Student has a Zero GPA

Symptoms
When a student with a zero GPA (running against an Advisement Report that has a minimum GPA-required requirement) selects the Academic Progress facet to view their Advisement Report, they will get the below error and the student is unable to view their Advisement Report.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Campus Solutions as a student and navigate to the fluid Student Homepage.
2. Click on the Academic Progress tile.
3. Error will occur for some students who have no or all in progress classes and no GPA.
