Symptoms
On : 9.2 version, Payroll Interface
When attempting to load data to PNA through Payroll Interface,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The converted Unicode length of 31 exceeds allocated buffer size 30 for column 6
Remote program PIPINRUN failed with return code: 9980 .Reason: SQLRT: Buffer for field too small for fetched data. In section: SQLRT: DA000-FETCH (2,-1) PI_INRUN.2EXPORT.GBL
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the data load PI process.
2. The process is failing with error SQLRT buffer
