Province Codes NF For Newfoundland and NN For Nunavut Are Not Delivered In HCM/CS Data, But Are Delivered In FIN (Doc ID 2528158.1)

Symptoms

Multiple province codes exist in the Campus Solutions (CS) application (9.2 PUM 5) for Newfoundland (NF and NL) and Nunavut (NN and NU) in the PS_STATE_TBL where COUNTRY = 'CAN'.
The province codes of NF and NN do not exist in HCM.
When an address is updated in CS where the province is NF or NN, and the address change does not include a change to the province code, this causes an Integration Broker error in HCM since neither is a valid value.

What is the recommended approach for managing this scenario? Why are the two applications not synchronized when it comes to the PS_STATE_TBL since this is a core installation table?

We also notice that both NF and NN are values in the PS_STATE_TBL in the FIN application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.connect to HCM 9.2.29 database using SQL
