E-PIA: "THIS CONTENT CANNOT BE DISPLAYED IN A FRAME" message after accessing external Vendor site (Doc ID 2528267.1)

Issue:

When users do a punch out process with an external non peoplesoft site, after the puchout returns back to peoplesoft they get an error message

This content can't be shown in a frame.
There is supposed to be some content here, but the publisher doesn't allow it to be displayed in a frame. This is to help protect the security of any information you might enter into this site.

In the F12 Developer tools, logging on the network tab shows:

X-Frame-Options: DENY

This is shown on the response headers when it attempts to return to PeopleSoft.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and navigate to external page
2. Perform a punch out operation with an external vendor site.
3. When control returns back to peoplesoft page see the error:

"This content can't be shown in a frame"
