Below error while running the step "Exporting Modified ADS-MO Project" as part of "Updating Package for Subsequent Passes"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load the CA job for applying the PUM image fixes
2. Run through the steps in IP mode
3. Job fails at step "Exporting Modified ADS-MO Project"
