Symptoms


Receiving an error when running PSPPYRUN after applying a Tax Update or Patch

Error: ORA-01722: invalid number


Steps to Reproduce
1. Run Paysheet create (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create and Load Paysheets > Create Paysheets)
2. Customer runs Pay calculation (Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Calculate Payroll)
3. Error occurs.
4. Apply a diagnostic display statement to the COBOL program and recompile all COBOL programs (using EPY: Verifying COBOL Version Is Latest & Instructions for Adding a Display Statement in COBOL file. (Document 2683647.1)
5. The display statement does not appear in the log file as expected.
