Getting Warning Message while saving Requisition with Negative line amount

Symptoms
Getting warning message while saving requisition line item with Negative amount when the requisition defaults defined as distribute by option as Amount.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Requisition
2. Go to Requisition Defaults page
3. Enter default values for requisition and ensure that distribution type selected as Amount
4. Add an item with negative amount
5. Click Save
6. Getting the below error because the distribution amount saved with positive value
Warning -- Amount on line 1, schedule 1 (-10), does not match the distributed amount (10). (10100,15)
