E-QR: Classic Plus - Calendar Pop-Up Is Not Large Enough To Accomodate The Prompt Calendar Window From / Thru Dates

Symptoms
When attempting to run PS Queries with Classic Plus mode enabled, the calendar pop-up is not large enough.
Steps
-------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PIA
2. Go to Home page
3. Select PeopleSoft Developer Tile, then Reporting, then Query Manager
4. Search for an existing query (e.g. ACA_FULL_PART_TIME)
5. Open the Query
6. Hit Edit button
7. Go to Run tab
8. Run the Query
9. The prompt Calendar window opens: From / Thru Dates
10. The Calendar pop-up window is opened
11. The prompt window is NOT large enough to accommodate the 2 fields
