EBP 9.2: Customer Hierarchy Doesn't Show Changes In eBill If We Update The Corporate Customer Setup

When an existing customer is assigned to a new corporate customer, the Customer Hierarchy in eBill Payment does not show these child customers. Any new customer accounts assigned to the corporate customer does show as a child in the hierarchy, but existing customers are not updated correctly.
Parent SetID and Parent Cust_ID should be kept in sync when a change is made in the customer information.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Customer > General Information for an account marked as Corporate Customer
2. Uncheck Corporate Customer box and select a parent cust_ID
4. Logon to Customer Portal
5. eBill Payment > Customer Hierarchy > corporate customer
6. Newly associated customer is not included
