Response Time Issue With the Bank Return File Processing (Doc ID 2530080.1)

Symptoms

On production Campus Solutions 9.0 with Brazil localizations applied, the Bank Return File process is taking an excessive amount of time to complete. Previously this process ran in an acceptable amount of time.

The increases response time of this process began after adding additional campuses to the application.


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bank return file processes too slowly and is preventing timely completion of subsequent business functions.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Bank return files must be processed quickly in order to apply the payments to the student account, allowing for creation of all downstream activities.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Student Financials, Bank Collection Brazil, Load Banking File Return;
2. Complete the run control;
3. Submit the process to the process scheduler.
