PT Nav Collection Links Are Not Working When Accessing From Fluid Tile (Doc ID 2530268.1)

Nav Collection links are not working when accessing from Fluid tile



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > WorkCenter > Manage WorkCenter Dashboards

2. Click on “Create new WorkCenter dashboard page”

3. Enter required information

4. Click Parent folder prompt

5. Select “Accounts Payable” as the parent folder for dashboard link

6. Click Save, it will create the “Test WorkCenter Dashboard”

7. Click on “Test Workcenter Dashboard” to test, it will open the following page

8. Navigate to Main Menu > PeopleTools > Portal > Portal Utilites > Navigation Collections

9. Click Search button, it will open all the available nav collections.

10. Click on Edit button for “Payables” nav collection

11. Click on “Add Link”

12. Click on Menu Item prompt

13. Expand “Accounts Payable” folder

14. You should see “Test WorkCenter Dashboard” link under it

15. Select the link.

16. Click OK

17. Select “Test WorkCenter Dashboard”, it will show “Edit Link” button

18. Click on “Edit Link”

19. Change Placement in Folder option to “01 – First”

20. Click Ok

21. Now the “Test Workcenter Dashboard” is at the top of the nav collection.
  Click return to search

22. Click Return to Search link

23. Now click on home page button, it will take you to your home page tiles.

24. Click on Accounts Payable tile

25. You can see “Test Workcenter Dashboard” is the first link

26. Now expand “My Vouchers” menu and click on “Add/View Vouchers”

27. It does not open search page for “Regular Voucher Entry” component.

28. Try all other links. None of them is working.
