Symptoms
Pie Charts not appearing on supplementary side bar of the manager home page tiles under related information in the Team Performance Page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manager Self Service Home Page>Team Performance Tile
2. Once you are on the Team Performance Page, in the Right Side Related Information will appear with the Performance Status Pie Chart.
3. If the user is removed from the "PeopleSoft Administrator" Role and HCDPALL Row Security Permission list from the User Profile, then the Pie Chart didn't appear.
