Symptoms

Issue statement:
------------------
Getting ADF errors while clicking on PeopleSoft PIA targets:

"ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #21"

Environment:
---------------------
People Tools 8.53.14 with OEM 12c
People Tools 8.54.30 with OEM 12c
People Tools 8.56.06 with OEM 13c


Replication steps:
--------------

1. Login to OEM;
2. Navigate to Target setup - Target properties- Edit Target Properties;
3. Change the Lifecycle Status from "None" to Staging:
Eventually modify the Cost Center or Line of Business: from the default empty (blank)
4. Hit Save.
5. Expand Targets,
click on Peoplesoft PIA
