ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to resize column headers in the Grid.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should be ok to resize column headers in Grid

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Procurement Contracts-->Add/Update Contracts.
2. Add/Update Contracts. Pull up a contract.
3. In the "Contract Items" grid below we are unable to resize the column headers.
