Referral source id for applicants not getting saved after the application is submitted
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When the Referral_source id is getting saved with a zero value instead of the referral source chosen by the candidate.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the referral source to save the right value as applicant entered during submission.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Careers>Apply for job
2. Enter referral source and submit
3. In application, HRS_SOURCE_ID is saved as '0' which is incorrect.
