ELA: Combination Error When Entering Renewal Option On Lease For Valid Combinations

A Combo Edit error is occurring when creating a renewal option on a pending lease. The Lease is created and saved successfully without a combo edit error but when attempting to add and then save a renewal option, the combo edit error is returned and the renewal option cannot be saved. The Combo Edit that is erroring has Dept ID as the anchor chartfield and Account as the non-anchor chartfield. When creating a Lease and adding a Renewal Option with a combo edit for which Account is the anchor chartfield and Dept ID is the non-anchor chartfield, the Lease and renewal option save successfully.
The expectation is that the Combo Edit with Dept ID as the anchor chartfield and Account as the non-anchor chartfield will not trigger a combo edit error when adding a renewal option as the combo edit is correct and allowed the Lease to be saved successful;y when created.
This issue can be replicated by performing the following steps:
1) Create a Combo Edit with Dept ID as the anchor chartfield and Account as the non-anchor chartfield.
2) Define the combo edit to the Ledger Group for the GL BU.
3) Build the Combo Edit Table.
4) Create a new Lease.
5) Enter a valid Dept ID on the Asset Cost Distribution page.
6) Allocate, classify, and save the Lease.
7) Add a Renewal option to the Lease.
8) Save the Renewal Option.
The customer cannot use a combo edit that the organization requires.
