E-ExcelToCI: Getting "The response text is not valid XML. Login data cleared" Error When Password Expiration Reminder is Turned on, And User's Password is About To Expire (Doc ID 2531791.1)

Symptoms

The site has PeopleSoft Application (PIA) Password Expiration Reminder turned on, and a user's PeopleSoft password is going to expire in a couple of days as long as it expires in less time than the time set in the password expiration reminder.

When the user uploads data using ExcelToCI, the error below is seen

But, the same user is able to log in to PIA successfully using the same credentials.

STEPS

-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Enable the Password Expiration Reminder.

2. Set up a User so his password expires in 1-2 days. This is so that the expiration occurs within the window of time the reminder pop up message is shown to the user logging into PIA).

3. Set up the ExcelToCI spreadsheet, and attempt to download a template, or upload some test data.
